At the beginning of the school, QCCSC outsourced security and cleaning management, and built an integrated structure that serves education and teaching. Two years of implementation have proven that outsourcing of service departments can avoid risks, standardize operations, simplify procedures, reduce costs, and improve management efficiency and core competitiveness.
On July 5th, Vice President Luo Yulong of Qingdao Concord Sino-Canadian School held meetings with the heads of security and cleaning companies about how to standardize service quality. In this meeting, President Luo pointed out that as a service organization, the priority is to standardize the qualifications of service, systems, training, etc.; strengthened training and assessment system; use scientific management to organize staff. The heads of the two companies said that the scientific management of the normative system is an inevitable trend of social development. It must, in accordance with the requirements of the school, recognize its own advantages and provide effective service to the school.
At present, under the conditions of China's market economy, the knowledge economy is on the rise. For employers, "work for me but I pay you indirectly" is the best policy. “Work for me" is much more beneficial than "Belong to me." "Do not ask for belonging, but seek to work for me" is the original intention and requirements of our school for the standardized management of outsourcing security companies and outsourcing cleaning companies. After two years, the functional departments and service departments are closely focused on education, united and coordinated. We have reason to believe that we can build a harmonious campus management model with scientific management and sustainable development.
